Terms and Conditions

1) Scope & acceptance

• These Terms govern your use of heartcheckapp (website, chat, and wellness report services).
• By using the Service or completing payment, you agree to these Terms.
• If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Nature of the service

• Educational only — not a medical device.
• No diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support.
• Always consult a qualified clinician for healthcare decisions.

3) AI model & accuracy

• Content may be incomplete or inaccurate; it is provided “as-is”.
• You are responsible for how you use information from the Service.

4) Payment & delivery

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• After successful payment, we generate and deliver your wellness report to your email.
• Non-refundable once the report has been generated.

5) Data protection

We apply privacy safeguards and process data only as needed to provide the Service. For details, see Imprint / Data Privacy.

6) User obligations

• Use the Service lawfully and for personal educational/wellness purposes.
• Do not misuse, attempt to reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

7) Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, and disputes are subject to Austrian courts to the extent permitted by law.
