Step 1

Create Account

  • Username: enter email address.
  • Password: enter a password.
  • Confirm password: confirm password (they have to match).
  • Sign Up: press button.
Step 2

Verify Email

  • Message appears: "We emailed you. Your code is on the way. To log in, enter the code we emailed to xxxx@xxxx. It may take a minute to arrive."
  • Confirmation Code: enter your code from the email you received.
  • Confirm: press confirm button.
Step 3

Begin Chat Sessions

  • Start New Chat: in Chat Session Option, select start.
  • Type Let's Begin in the chat box
  • Follow the instructions in the chat
